About Cascentualtherapy Cancellation Policy: A $30 deposit fee is required upon booking appointment which will be applied to your service as a credit. This deposit fee will not refunded in the event if you wish to cancel your appointment. This fee can be used for future appointments if you choose to reschedule. No show appointments will automatically be charged half of service fee. Late arrivals to appointments time may be deducted from your session to allow adequate time for next clientele.
